About Me

Welcome,

My name is Sydney Storie. I recently earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Psychology from the University of British Columbia Okanagan. Before attending UBCO, I graduated from the Animal Welfare Certificate Program and the Women in Trades Training Program from Thompson Rivers University. I am currently pursuing the Teaching English as a Second Language Program at TRU.

Having travelled to 18 countries, participating in a Rotary Youth Exchange in Brazil where I studied grade 11 at the age of 15, and more recently, spending the year of 2019 studying at the University of New South Wales has contributed to my passion of travelling. During my time abroad, I was honoured to represent the University of New South Wales Volleyball team at the Australian Nationals.

My passions include travelling, learning new languages, adventuring in the great outdoors, veterinary medicine, playing sports such as hockey, volleyball, skiing, snowboarding, surfing, and barrel racing.
Each day I am continuing to actively seek out my next adventure.
